Our CEO – Jacqueline Palmer

Jaxs is a HR Director with over 20 years’ experience of providing commercially sound people solutions across the Private, Public and Charitable sectors.

Jaxs is an expert in Business Transformation having designed and delivered a number of large-scale People Change Programmes in Construction, Retail and Leisure working for large companies such as Carillion, Highways England, Iceland, Phones 4u, B&Q and Punch Taverns.

In late 2017 Jaxs founded HenRys Ark Management Consultants helping Business Leaders achieve business profit and growth through one of their biggest assets – People.

She’s passionate about equality and diversity matters, especially women in the workplace, with many successes in the Construction Sector spanning 14 years such as Women Returners & Military Talent Transition Programmes.  

Jaxs works alongside Clients not just as a Strategic HR expert but as a critical friend and confidant that can support them in business, mitigate risk and add value to the bottom line. 

There will not be a people problem she has not encountered and successfully resolved.
