Jacqueline Palmer
Jaxs is the owner and CEO of Henrys Ark; she is a straight talking northern lass with a wealth of experience as a strategic senior leader working across private, public and charity sectors.
She is a pro at business transformation having designed and delivered a number of large-scale people change programmes in construction, retail, hospitality and leisure; working for large companies such as Carillion, Highways England, Iceland, Phones 4u, B&Q and Punch Taverns.
In 2017 Jaxs founded her own HR consultancy helping business leaders achieve business profit and growth through one of their biggest assets – People – working for some wonderful clients like WYCA, Acivico, Yorkshire Water, Project Centre, Assimil8, Wolseley, Nuclear Transport Services, G4S, Compass and many more.
She is passionate about equality and diversity matters; especially women in the workplace, with many successes such as women returners programmes and Northern Power Women Awards and nominations.
Jaxs works alongside clients not just as a Strategic HR expert but as a critical friend and confidant that can support them in business, mitigate risk and add value to the bottom line.
